White Select
A slightly offdry light bodied wine made from Cayuga grapes.
Has lots of fruit flavor. The crispness pairs well with salads & lighter meats like chicken, fish and pork. An excellent choice for Pinot Grigio fans.

Our 2006 Chambourcin has the rich aroma of leather and spice with notes of dark cherry and raspberry. Aged with French Oak staves. The nice, youthful tannins give this wine has excellent aging potential. Pairs well with lamb, beef, and game.
