Similar in style to a drier Riesling, this off-dry lighter bodied wine is made from Cayuga grapes. Lots of fruit flavor and the crisp finish pairs well with salads and lighter meals like chicken, fish and pork.
This fruity and drinkable lighter bodied dry red is made from a blend of 4 grape varieties including our own Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc. This is a food and friend optional wine. But it does pair particularly well with pasta.

The only currant wine in Indiana! This wine has the distinctive rich and savory aroma and amazingly sweet tart flavor of currants. **Unfortunately our grower had to transplant the bushes and tells us we will finally have a crop in 2014. Look for its return around Hallowween 2014.
This is our newest Late Harvest from the drought year of 2012. A 51%/49% blend of our always popular, naturally sweet vignoles grapes and naturally sweet traminette grapes. Two grapes, Twice as good! A wonderful wine to sip after a meal! This ruby port-style is made from our own Chambourcin from the 2011 harvest. Has a dark fruit & oak nose, medium body with a smooth lingering aftertaste. 20% alcohol, 6% residual sugar. New release!
As if currants aren't flavorful enough, we've taken Black Currant wine & added grape brandy. Similar in style to a port. And it pairs oh so well with dark chocolate. This is also an excellent cooking wine; we suggest to use our Cassis in place of port wine in glazes and sauces. Do not despair, it shall hopefully return late 2014.
